1. Photography

BostonREP Fee - $250

Includes:

Up to 30 Photos (Larger Homes - $75 for each additional up to 12 photo package)
Package Includes 4 Photo Sizes: Small, Large, MLS & Print Quality
$25 Option: MLS & Branded Customisable Interactive Property Website that includes
Portfolio website with ALL Projects that were done by BostonREP, Flyer and many other features
Ability to create your YouTube Video hosted on your own YouTube Channel
Ability to create your MP4 File of the YouTube Video for your Facebook, your YouTube channel or other Real Estate or Social Media websites

4. Photography + Walkthrough Video + Drone Photos

BostonREP Fee - $455

Includes:

Photography Package
Full Motion Short Walkthrough Video (about 2 min)
Up to 5 Aerial Photos (up to 200’ above ground)
Can be uploaded by Agent to Zillow & Trulia for: Preferred Positioning - More than double the page views - Double the saves - More potential buyer contacts.

5. Photography + Walkthrough Video + Drone Photos & Short Video

BostonREP Fee - $530

Includes:

Photography Package
Full Motion Short Walkthrough Video (about 2 min)
Up to 5 Aerial Photos
Drone Video (30 seconds Drone Video & up to 4 separate Video Clips and Incorporated with Video Walkthrough)
Can be uploaded by Agent to Zillow & Trulia for: Preferred Positioning - More than double the page views - Double the saves - More potential buyer contacts

Floor Plans - when added to ANY Package above

0001-1000 sq. ft $125

1001-2000 sq. ft. $150

2001-3000 sq. ft. $200

3001-4000 sq. ft. $250

4001-5000 sq. ft. $300

5000-6000 sq. ft. $350

6,000 or larger properties $400+

BostonREP fee is based on Measured Sq. Ft. Area

(BostonREP Floor Plans include PDF (MLS and Branded) and, if Interactive Property Website ($25 Fee) has been requested) will include Interactive Floor Plans

(all presentations and Floor Plans are viewable on any computer or portable device including Apple devices without need to download any additional software or plug-ins)

Floor plan pricing is based on the square footage measured, however we do not count simple decks and attached garage in our sq. ft. charges.

(Pricing includes 2 print quality PDF’s & MLS Interactive Floor Plan (PDF’s branded and non-branded for MLS). Floor Plans ordered without Photography - fee starts at $250 & up.

MLS & Branded Customisable Interactive Property Website - $25 It includes Portfolio website with ALL Projects that were done by BostonREP, ability to change order of photos, add agent own photos, create Property Flyer and many other features.
Onsite Twilight Photography - $200 (Larger properties add $50)
Virtual Twilight Photo - $35 per Photo - See All Styles of Sky
Floor Plans - fee is based on Measured Sq. Ft. Area - $125 & Up - see website for detailed pricing. (Without Photography - $250 & up.)
Matterport-4K $250 & Up (Matterport ordered without Photography - fee starts at $250 & up.) Highest Quality - 4K
Matterport Hosting is FREE until property sells (up to 1 Year from taking scans). For Rentals - 6 Months Free then the Hosting Fee is $100/Year
Matterport-4K Dimensioned Floor Plan - Available ONLY if ordered along with Matterport-4K - $125 up to 10,000 sq. ft. ( 2-3 Days Turn-Around time, CAN'T be edited or modified, Interactive Floor Plans are NOT included. Some features like balconies, porches, garages may not show.)
Property Flyers (PDF File Only) - $50
Virtual Home Staging - $65 each Photo. Please choose style from our Virtual Staging Catalog. Turn-around 2-3 Business Days.
Photography Rush! Service - Ready by Next Business Day before 9:00am - $25
Photography Only Weekend Rush! (Ready by Saturday or Sunday by 1:00PM) - $50 (Presentations ready by Next Business Day)
Floor Plans Rush! Service - Ready by Next Business Day before 9:00am - $25
Domain Name - good for 1 year and linked to your Branded Property Website - $35
Full Motion SHORT Walkthrough Video - about 2 min - $80. (without Photography - $250) - Up to 15 min Photographer’s time to create video)
Full Motion MEDIUM Walkthrough Video - 2 - 4 min - $150. (without Photography - $250) - Up to 30 min Photographer’s time to create video)
Full Motion LONG Walkthrough Video - 3 - 5 min - $250. (without Photography - $250) - Up to 45 min Photographer’s time to create video)
Aerial Photography - Up to 10 Aerial photos and flying up to 400’ - $250
Aerial Photography + Aerial Video - Up to 10 Aerial photos & Full Length (up to 4 min) flying up to 400’ - $400

Turn-Around time:

We’ll have your Photographs and Presentations ready by 2:00pm Next Business Day*. (most of the time before 12:00 Noon) and Virtual Staging ready in 48-72 hrs.)

(* in those unusual situations beyond our control like power loss, internet loss, etc. it may take a little longer)

Appointment changes, Cancellations and No-Show Policies:

If you need to change or cancel your appointment for whatever reason...

please give us 48 hours notice.

24-48Hrs Notice of changes/cancellations - No Fee... but we ask min 48 hours notice.

Less than 24 Hours- changes/cancellations - $100 - $150 Fee

Appointment No-Shows - $125 - $175 Fee

We deliver ALL Photographs and Files using Download Link to our Dropbox Folder.

Once you receive our email with Download Link,

please download entire folder into your computer and save it.
